Photographers or videographers should speak with the wedding coordinator prior to the wedding. Pictures (non-flash only) may be taken from certain vantage points in the church. Photographers and videographers are not free to move about the sanctuary areas during the celebration of the wedding liturgy. Videographers are to refrain from using auxiliary lighting during the wedding liturgy. After the wedding, and with respect for the schedule of other weddings or parish Masses, the church will be available for the taking of pictures up to one-half hour prior to the next wedding or scheduled event. For example if your wedding is at 2 pm, you must complete all picture taking by 3:30 pm, in order to allow ample time for the next scheduled event.
Photo or video equipment may be set up at certain vantage points at the outer edges of the sanctuary. If used, these cameras or camcorders must remain in one place throughout the liturgy.
