Think LOVE, not just on Feb. 14 but whenever there's an occassion to give a special gift that says "I care."  When picking a florist, find one who can send fair-trade flowers to your Valentine or spouse on your anniversary or  mom on Mother's Day -- anytime.  Fair-trade flowers (not FREE trade, which is totally different) are grown in ways that are environmentally friendly and on farms that are socially conscious (fair) to the people.
