We are hosting a Matter of Balance, a FREE fall prevention program, teaching strategies to manage falls and increase your activity levels.
Who should attend? Anyone who has fallen in the past or has restricted activities because of falling concerns. Anyone interested in improving balance, flexibility and strength in a peer group setting.
