Currently, out of the 26 youth registered for Voicese of Hope, representing all parishes and public/private schools in the Diocese of San Jose, 5 of those youth are from Holy Family and the largest group interested in this important dialogue. That is why in the midst of chaos and uncertainty, the EDGE and Life Teen Core teams remain committed to journeying with youth as mentors and roles models in the Faith--helping them discover God's plan in their lives.
We are hard at work planning for the year ahead, and although plans may need to change or adjust, our faith in Christ and in the young Church remain strong. Dear Youth, YOUR help is needed to help serve at the following upcoming Events, If you need service hours for your school, these events may qualify. Until further notice, don't forget to bring your mask and water bottle, and social distance for the following service opportunities:
- Setting up/tearing down tents for Mass on Sundays
- Helping with various outdoor tasks around the church grounds.
- Organizing and cleaning supplies in the Youth Lounge and officeSign up to volunteer here We'll continue to form squads all year. One of our Bellarmine Soph looking for 3 more interested teens for a Rosary hiking squad!

We'll have much more to share in the coming weeks as we re-vision our gathering space for youth during the week. In the meantime, is your household looking to donate some cool-looking and gently-used furniture or interactive games? Or is your household interested in financially sponsoring some new furniture? If so, let's talk!
The youth lounge is a dedicated space in the Parish for all teens of Holy Family. The vision is to make it more of a "home away from home" this year, where youth can do school work, get some social time with their peers, enjoy a snack, and borrow solid Catholic resources from our life teen youth library.
